Processing Time
Each order is handled with care and typically ships within 1–2 business days after your payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day. During the holiday season, processing may take an extra day or two — we appreciate your patience and promise it will be worth the wait.

Free Shipping
We are delighted to offer free standard shipping on all orders of $66.00 or more. This offer is available for shipping addresses within the United States. Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your subtotal reaches the qualifying amount — no coupon code needed.
Where We Ship
Currently, we ship to all 50 United States. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future so we can share the warmth of Havelleo with homes around the world.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order leaves our hands, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update. Watching your package make its way to you is part of the excitement — we hope it brings a smile to your face.
