Return Policy

We want you to love your Havelleo table topper as much as we loved making it. If something is not quite right, we are here to make it right with a simple, compassionate return process.

Return Window

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, as long as it remains unused and in its original condition.

Conditions for Returns

• The table topper must be unworn (unused), unwashed, and free of any stains, pet hair, or odors.
• All tags and original packaging must be intact.
• Items that have been washed, altered, or show signs of use cannot be accepted for return.
• Final sale or clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Send a gentle hello to customer@havelleo.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2. We will reply within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
3. Fold your table topper carefully — just as it arrived to you — and place it back in its original packaging. Attach the label and drop it off at the carrier location.
4. Once your return reaches us, our team will inspect it with care. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email when your refund is on its way.

Return Shipping Cost

A small fee of $5.99 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs. This fee is waived if the item arrived damaged or if we made an error with your order.

Exchanges

If you would like a different color or pattern, we recommend placing a new order for the item you prefer and returning the original. This ensures your new piece ships out as quickly as possible. Alternatively, let us know in your return email and we will gladly process an exchange once your return is received.
